what to expect at a signing appointment
Document Review
When you arrive for a notarial act, the notary will review the document(s) that require notarization. This step ensures that everything is in order and that all necessary signatures are present.
Presence of All Signatories
All individuals whose signatures need notarization must be physically present during the signing, including anyone listed on the document. If someone cannot be present, it is important to discuss this upon scheduling the appointment in the event alternative arrangements can be made.

Signing in Front of the Notary
